What is the cancellation policy?
For spa services, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow a 24-hour notice.  If you cancel or reschedule within 2-hours or do not show up to your scheduled appointment, there will be a cancellation fee charged.

For in-home services, cancellation policy varies based on individual or group booking.  Policy will be discussed upon scheduling the service.

All fees will have to be paid before booking any further appointments, and a credit card will have to be kept on file. Any further late cancellations or no-shows will automatically be billed to the card on file.

What if I’m late to my shceduled appointment?
Please inform us promptly if you are running late.

If the service does not begin on time, the serivce time will be reduced accordingly in order to respect the time of the therapist and other clients.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we might not be able to accomodate you and the service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Can I bring my child to the spa?Children are not to be left alone in the reception or relaxation area without the parent or someone over the age of 18.  Children must stay seated when inside the spa.  Only one child is allowed to be in the treatment room.
Do I have to tip?Although tipping is not required, it is customary and a nice way to say “thank you” to your therapist if they have provided excellent service.  Average tip is usually 20%.
Do I have to take off all of my clothes?No, but it is recommended.  Modest draping is used during the massage.  You may undress to your level of comfort.  Your modesty and comfort are among our top priorities.  Just keep in mind that the therapist will only work directly on the exposed area during table massage.

Does the therapist bring a massage table for In-Home Services?
Yes, the massage therapist will bring the table, linens, bolsters, oils, and music.  All you need to provide is an open space.

Health Issues?

Therapist will ask about health care contraindications at the start of every service, If you choose to not disclose medical information that might affect your service that is at your own risk and at no fault of the therapist. You want to discuss anything that should effect your massage with your therapist prior to service at that time or ahead of time.
